I noticed white scum like thing growing in my italian coffemaker when it is not dried well. Does anyone know what that is and how to get rid of it?

We used to buy it from Somerfields but they have stopped stocking it.
I tried asking on Taylor's (the suppliers of this brand of coffee) website but their online email contact gismo is not working so my message did not get through (?)

So I've had this italian coffee maker for awhile now and i think one day my dad or someone forgot to clean it so now theres all of this bacteria and stuff growing in it,i have no idea how to get rid of it?
