Baratza Coffee Grinder

Baratza coffee grinder comes in many models like Baratza Maestro, Baratza Maestro Plus, Barista, Baratza Portaholder and Baratza Virtuoso range of coffee grinders. They are manufactured with the basic idea of grinding coffee of any preferred kind. The Baratza range of coffee grinders has fine tuning mechanism to allow the grinding process from boorish to espresso to fine Turkish coffee powder.

Baratza coffee grinders are fitted with novel tuning mechanism which allows the user to make a variety of alterations so as to get the required grinding options. These coffee grinders are perfect blend of fine operation, consistency and worth for money.

The Baratza coffee grinders have a very proficient DC motor which provides for longer grinding durations. The grinders have built-in burrs which revolve with the help of speed trimmers and a gear at a speed of 450 rotations per minute. The very low speed helps in two ways. One is that it shrinks the noise, heat and the motionless electric charges developed in the grinder during the grinding process. The second is that the beans are taken in for grinding by the burrs slowly, thus ensuring smooth grinding.

The Baratza Maestro coffee grinders come with an operational On/Off switch. This switch can be turned either in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.

The Baratza Maestro Plus coffee grinders have all the features of the Baratza maestro and also are outfitted with a sixty second adjustable timer to easily repeat the grinding duration. It also has a face- ascended pulse button which makes the grinding straight away into the espresso filter case.

The Baratza Portaholder fits for the Maestro, Maestro Plus, Virtuoso, or Barista grinder and helps in holding the portafilter in place during grinding.

The Baratza Virtuoso in addition to few viable level features has maintained all the reliable features of the Maestro Plus. It has a conical shaped burr which facilitates proper grinding for a longer period of time.

What is the best coffee maker?
I can't seem to get it right when purchasing a coffee maker. I just purchased a Capresse #455 10 cup digital coffee maker/burr grinder combo from Costco. It has a thermos and is supposed to stay hot for hours, but it doesn't even stay hot for 1 hr., and I don't even use the burr grinder (I have a Barista grinder which works just fine, so this is a feature that is not important to me). In the past I've bought Krups, Cuisinart, Braun, all of which tastes bitter. Please HELP me in choosing one.
