When the conveniences of home are not available, finding a good cup of coffee can be difficult. Sure there are gas stations, rest stops and fast food places that sell coffee, but there is no guarantee on taste. The coffee may be too strong, too weak, or even too cold. Plus, when ordering coffee from anywhere, there are limited sizes available. The small cup may not be enough, but the large cup may get cold before it is gone. With modern technology coffee makers are now portable.

Whether camping in a tent or RV, or simply a trucker who loves coffee, the first cup of the day can now be made right in the front seat. It helps wake you up and start the day out right. Having a thermo travel mug on hand is a good idea for those people who prefer not to cook, or who would just rather eat out. This way the fresh brewed coffee will stay hot during the car ride to the restaurant. There are even 12 volt heated travel mugs that plug right into the cigarette lighter socket to insure coffee stays hot. Having a hot cup of coffee on the way to the restaurant saves on having to order a cup and risk not liking it.

Coffee is a delicious treat for those who enjoy drinking it. It can complete a meal, complement a desert, or simply be enjoyed all by itself. With the available technology of a portable coffee maker, coffee can now be worry free. There is no more need to sacrifice your taste buds to instant coffee just because camping was on the list of summer fun. Enjoy home made coffee that is just the right temperature and just the right strength no matter what is on the agenda.

How do you work a Starbucks Barista coffee maker? I am house sitting and they forgot to tell me! It looks complicated! Maybe I didn't make myself clear... I do not want to work AT starbucks. I want to know how to make the home coffee maker called the Barista from Starbucks work.

I am 17 years old and applied for a Barista (coffee maker) position at Starbucks. It was a meet and greet, so I automatically got an interview, the manager was very friendly towards me. I shared with her that I am a magician's assisstant, and she seemed to enjoy that. She said she will definately remember me (the store doesn't open until June 20), because of my personality. I also saw on my review words like "friendly" "energetic", I will hear from her in about two weeks! So let me hear what you think!!! Haha, I wouldn't make a career out of a Barista, but Starbuck's offers great flexibilty and I'm pretty sure I could get a job anywhere in the universe!
